1. Reservation and Booking:

• All reservations and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card will be required when booking.

2. Payment:

• Full payment is required when booking to secure the reservation unless otherwise noted. We accept most major credit cards and digital wallets. Prices are as listed and are subject to change without notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund:

• At Onward LLC, we recognize that unexpected situations may arise, leading to the need for a cancellation. While we do not provide refunds, we offer the option to reschedule your booked activity within the current or upcoming year's season. We recommend considering Peek Protect at checkout. This booking cancellation insurance allows you to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the activity's start time and receive a refund.

4. Changes and Modifications:

• Changes to the reservation date, time, or participants may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to approval. Any modifications may be subject to additional charges.

5. Equipment Rental:

• Customers renting equipment are responsible for its proper use, care, and return in the condition received. Any damages or loss may result in additional charges.

6. Guide Services:

• Our guides are experienced and trained professionals. Participants are expected to follow the guide's instructions for safety and enjoyment.

7. Assumption of Risk:

• Participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks. Participants acknowledge and accept these risks and release Onward LLC and its guides from liability for any injuries or damages.

8. Weather and Safety:

• Activities may be affected by weather conditions. Onward LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel activities based on safety considerations. In such cases, alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered.

9. Liability Waiver:

• Participants may be required to sign a liability waiver before engaging in certain activities. Parents or legal guardians must sign on behalf of minor participants.

10. Termination of Services:

• Onward LLC reserves the right to terminate services for any participant who poses a safety risk or fails to comply with instructions without issuing a refund.

11. Governing Law:

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Dakota. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South Dakota courts.

12. Changes to Terms:

• Onward LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
